New Battle Pet: Monkey King


Optimizations: 
1. Card Master: Optimized panel display 
2. Eternal War Shop: Increased purchase limit
3. Monthly Card purchase panel: Optimized panel display 
4. Team Area: Optimized team matching system to prevent players from using their own accounts with low scores to match low score teams.
5. Equipment Rebirth: Non-upgraded Artifact equipment is no longer able to be Rebirthed.


Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed a bug where Monkey King’s information was wrongly shown in Mini Theresa tip. 
2. Fixed a bug where Dolphin Shield skill for the main character was not working properly with Enraged Might 
3. Fixed a bug where R14 and R15 pets could not be rebirthed correctly.
4. Fixed a bug where the GM panel cannot be opened.
5. Fixed a bug where hero cannot do normal attack when graced by Spectral Tiger.
